Our journey began through the cooking experiences we shared with family and friends. We discovered that cooking and food are more than simply preparing a meal—they are at the center of love, laughter, entertainment, and connection. Food has a special way of bringing people together, creating moments that become cherished memories, and strengthening the bonds that keep us connected.

Heart Hearth Cook grew from a lifetime of memories created around food, family, and the joy of cooking together.

Some of my earliest memories are of standing beside my mother in the kitchen, learning from her as her little student. When my parents divorced, those lessons became more than childhood memories. As a young preteen and throughout adulthood, I carried those skills with me, cooking for my family and discovering how food could bring people together.

Many of my teenage and adult years were also spent surrounded by my father, stepmother, and extended family. From summer days at the lake to winter holidays gathered around family tables, food was always at the center of our time together. My father especially loved to cook and enjoyed experimenting with new kitchen products—from all-in-one slicers and dicers for making salsa to grilling tools, mixers, and other cooking gadgets. His curiosity and excitement for trying something new made cooking an experience rather than simply a task.

Alongside his love of cooking grew my own love of baking. That passion eventually became something we shared with the next generation, as my son developed a love for cooking and experimenting with new products of his own. Today, he has become a talented chef, carrying forward the same curiosity, creativity, and enjoyment of cooking that became such an important part of our family.

Over the years, as family members moved away or passed on, some of the gatherings and traditions that once brought us together became less frequent. Yet the memories created around those meals have remained close to our hearts. My son and I found ourselves longing to create those moments again—to bring family and friends together, share good food, try new things, and build new memories.

As fate would have it, we will soon be living together under the same roof. From that new chapter, combined with a desire to grow our circle of family and friends, came the idea for Heart Hearth Cook.

This website is more than a place to find kitchen products. It is our way of celebrating the experiences that shaped us and creating opportunities for others to enjoy the same things we value: cooking together, sharing meals, gathering with loved ones, exploring new products, and making memories that last.
